POSITION: Primary Class (Reception) ECT – Permanent position

CANDIDATE:

·         A creative English NQT/ English Teacher graded as ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’

·         Degree level qualification in Early Years, Education or relatable

·         A Degree attainment of a First Class or Upper Second Class

·         Good academics at A-Level and GCSE (A-C)

START DATE: January 2026 start – earlier start possible

SALARY: £37,870 - £56,154 per annum

PRIMARY ECT PERSON SPECIFICATION:

If you are currently training to become an Early Years Primary School Teacher, then you will want to apply for this role! If you are looking for a permanent Early Years ECT position from September in a school that has been graded as ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted, then look no further. Our Head Teacher is keen to appoint an Early Years ECT that is highly creative, passionate about our children’s education, welfare and happiness and has the ability to motivate pupils. You must also have a proven track record of delivering ‘good’ to ‘outstanding’ lessons throughout your teacher training.

Located in Redbridge, East London, this school is in a great location. It is easily accessible from many areas of East London and certain parts of Essex.
