PAY: Academic Pay Scale Point 23–36 (Dependent on Experience)
CONTRACT: Full Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 36 Hours per Week, 52 Weeks per Year

A leading Further Education provider in Uxbridge, West London, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join their School of Engineering & Technology. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner to deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to learners across a range of Motor Vehicle programmes.

About the role: Motor Vehicle Lecturer

· Deliver engaging and industry-relevant teaching across Motor Vehicle qualifications
· Plan, prepare, and assess units in line with curriculum requirements
· Support learners through practical, workshop-based training and theory sessions
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Motor Vehicle industry
· Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance procedures
· Track, monitor, and report on student progress
· Provide a safe, well-managed workshop environment
· Full-time, permanent position (36 hours per week, all year round)
· Based in Uxbridge, West London

The ideal candidate: Motor Vehicle Lecturer

· Relevant industry experience within the Motor Vehicle sector
· Teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed) OR willingness to work towards one
· Strong workshop and practical delivery skills
· Ability to deliver engaging theory lessons
· Excellent communication and organisational abilities
· Committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and student support
· Passionate about developing learners’ skills and progression pathways
