POSITION: Reception Teacher
PAY: Paid to Scale (ECT / MPS1–MPS4)
CONTRACT: Full Time & Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday

LOCATION: Redbridge, East London
A welcoming and forward-thinking primary setting in Redbridge, East London, is seeking a Reception Teacher to join their EYFS team from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for a strong ECT or an experienced teacher at MPS3–MPS4. The school offers excellent support, a collaborative environment, and a well-resourced Early Years setting.
About the role: Reception Teacher
· Deliver creative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate EYFS lessons
· Plan and assess in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
· Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
· Work closely with EYFS colleagues, support staff, and parents
· Track and monitor children’s progress, ensuring high-quality provision
· Maintain strong safeguarding practices at all times
· Full-time & Permanent contract
· January 2026 start
· Primary school located in Redbridge, East London
The ideal candidate: Reception Teacher
· QTS required – strong ECTs encouraged to apply
· Teachers on MPS1–MPS4 also welcomed, ideally MPS3 or MPS4
· Previous EYFS teaching experience (placements or post-qualification)
· Strong understanding of child-centred learning and early childhood development
· Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
· Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about Early Years education
