The ideal candidate: KS1 Class Teacher

• Holds QTS (essential)
• Has experience teaching in KS1 (or strong primary placement experience)
• Demonstrates commitment to the school’s ethos and values
• Is enthusiastic, reflective, and a strong team player
• Is an inspirational teacher with a passion for raising attainment
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
• Brings creativity, adaptability, and a child-centered approach to teaching and learning
