Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Secondary School, Barnet
Pay: £120+ per day
Contract: ASAP start – July 2026

Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our vibrant secondary school community in Barnet.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. You’ll deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure a positive learning environment where every student can thrive.

The successful candidates will:

• Have relevant experience working with young people in an educational setting (secondary experience desirable)
• Be confident, organised, and adaptable
• Ideally have good knowledge of the local area or a similar community
• Have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting young people
