Location: North London (Barnet)
Start: ASAP
Hours: 8:15am–4:15pm (30-min unpaid break)
Pay: £100–£105 PAYE / £115–£120 Umbrella

Join a welcoming mainstream primary school in North London as an experienced SEND TA supporting a small group of 8 Year 1 and Year 2 pupils in a specialist SEND classroom.

You’ll help children who aren’t yet ready to access mainstream learning, using your patience, creativity, and strong de-escalation skills to make a real difference every day.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in KS1.
• Confident use of positive behaviour and de-escalation strategies.
• A calm, caring, and resilient approach.
• Passion for helping every child achieve their potential.
• Minimum of Level 3 Qualified in a relevant area such as SEND, Childcare, Supporting Teaching and Learning, Education / Undergraduates also considered
