Primary SEMH Teaching Assistant - Experienced
We are a Primary School based in Havering who are looking for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to support SEMH children in our thriving school. Our school are looking to offer the suitable candidate a long-term, full-time contract with an ASAP start.
The role for the SEMH Teaching Assistant requires someone with experience who has worked with children in primary schools or secondary schools with behavioural, social and/or emotional challenges. It is important that we obtain a SEMH Teaching Assistant that understands the challenges of the role and are there to make a compassionate difference to the children who attend our wonderful school.

Role Description:
· SEMH Teaching Assistant (Social Emotional Mental Health)
· Working across KS1 and KS2
· Strong Behaviour Management abilities required
· Work closely within a team to problem solve
· Support in a classroom and break areas
· Provide and nurture a trusting relationship with students
· Provide 1:1 support and mentorship
· Easy road and rail transport links
· Team Teach/Approach training offered
· £95-£110 per day
