Job Title: ABA Tutor

Location: Dagenham

Contract Type: Full-time

Salary: £95-£120 per day (depending on experience)

 

Are you an experienced ABA practitioner looking to make a real impact in children's lives?

 

We are currently recruiting an ABA Tutor to support children with additional needs at a Primary School in Dagenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about SEN education and behaviour support to work within a well-resourced and supportive team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Deliver 1:1 ABA-based support to students with autism and associated learning needs

·         Implement behaviour support plans and track progress

·         Support emotional regulation, communication, and independence skills

·         Work closely with SEN professionals, therapists, and teaching staff

·         Maintain accurate data records and contribute to progress reviews

 

Requirements:

·         Previous ABA experience or SEMH TA

·         Genuine interest in working with children and young people with SEMH

·         Strong communication and observational skills

·         Patient, reliable, and committed to long-term progress

·         A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
