ABA Trained SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School (Camden)
Location: Camden, London
Pay: £13.85+ per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm (45-minute unpaid break)
Start: ASAP

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA-trained SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs, working closely with a supportive team of teachers and specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support using ABA principles
  • Implement individualised education and behaviour plans
  • Track and record pupil progress
  • Collaborate with the SENCo, class teacher, and wider team to ensure effective support
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with children with SEN (particularly Autism)
  • ABA training and practical experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting children’s development
  • Available for an immediate start
