Teaching Assistant
We require proactive, committed and enthusiastic teaching assistants to join our successful teaching team!
Contract Type: 32.5 hours per week x 39 weeks per annum
Salary: £95-120 per day
Start: ASAP
Our School is a highly successful, popular Community Area School, catering for pupils aged 3 to 19 years old. We currently have 180 children on roll. We are extremely proud of our team who continually work towards providing our students with the best possible learning outcomes.
We are now looking for teaching assistants to join our dynamic team. The role mainly involves supporting small groups of students within the class as well as possibly spending part of the week working on a 1-1 basis with more complex or challenging students within a class where needed. As such resilience is essential and patience, flexibility and positivity are key.
Applications are invited from teaching assistants who are passionate about working with children and young people with a wide and diverse range of Special Educational Needs. Experience of working within a special school setting is desirable, however not essential and we are always keen to develop eager and proactive individuals.
