SEN Teaching Assistant – SEMH Focused – Enfield Primary School – Inner London – ASAP start

A fantastic school in the London borough of Enfield is looking for an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team to support students across various Key Stages.  

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have proven experience working with and supporting children with a range of needs, however experience with pupils with SEMH is desirable.  You will be collaborating with Teachers, SENCOs and Therapists to support the students through a combination of 1:1 intervention, small group activities and general classroom support. 

Ideal role for former or aspiring….

·         Social Workers / Youth Workers

·         Psychologists / psychiatrists

·         People who have experience of working with children and young people with behaviour / mental health challenges

·         Graduates with experience and career aspirations working with SEN

 

THE ROLE - SEN Teaching Assistant

 

·         SEN Teaching Assistant

·         £95 - £120 per day (depending on hours)

·         Supporting targeted student with Special Educational Needs (Autism)

·         1:1 support in and out of the classroom

·         ASAP start after successful trial

·         Enhanced DBS Certificate required

·         Full-time & long-term

·         Ideal for those who are compassionate, calm, confident, motivational, and ideally experienced in working in similar SEN roles previously
