Are you an experienced plumber or lecturer ready to make a difference?

We’re seeking a Plumbing Lecturer to join our growing Construction team and inspire the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver engaging lessons in plumbing (theory & practical)
• Support learners in developing real-world skills
• Guide students towards success in their qualifications and future careers

What you’ll need:

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Industry experience within the Plumbing and Construction sector
• A minimum Level 3 vocational qualification in Plumbing
• Ability to deliver inspirational teaching to learners of varying ages and abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to student success and development
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development

Desirable:

• Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience in assessing and verifying vocational qualifications
• Familiarity with integrating core skills such as Maths and English into vocational learning
