We’re recruiting on behalf of an Educational Training Provider, who are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Accountancy Trainer to deliver high-quality training in AAT Levels 2, 3 & 4. You don’t need previous teaching experience – what matters most is your accountancy expertise, enthusiasm, and the drive to make a difference.

The Role - Accountancy Trainer

As an Accountancy Trainer, you’ll play a key role in helping learners achieve their qualifications and career goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging classroom and online training for AAT Levels 2–4.
  • Supporting and assessing learners to ensure successful completion of their qualifications.
  • Motivating and guiding learners to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
  • Planning and managing your own diary to deliver effective and timely sessions.
  • Keeping your professional knowledge up to date through CPD.
  • Promoting a safe, inclusive learning environment, embedding safeguarding and equality practices.

What We’re Looking For - Accountancy Trainer

Essential:

  • AAT Level 4 qualification (minimum).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with learners of all levels.
  • Empathy, motivation, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office).

Desirable:

  • Previous training or teaching experience.
  • Experience in the education or apprenticeship sector.
  • Training/teaching or assessing qualification (support available if not held).
  • Experience with OneFile (training provided).
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.
