Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant degree with PGCE in Secondary Education.
• Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in leading and developing secondary school staff.
• At least 5 years’ experience as Head of Secondary in an international school.
• Previous teaching experience at Secondary level (National Curriculum for England).
• Strong background in IGCSEs and AS/A Levels.
