We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international school in Doha for a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of Junior School. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about raising standards and committed to delivering excellence in teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the Junior School, including staff management, curriculum development, assessment, and the wider academic strategy. You will play a key role in driving the school’s vision, mission, and values while building strong partnerships with parents, staff, and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire teaching and learning, ensuring high standards across the Junior School.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to promote and embed the school’s mission and vision.
• Balance operational management with strategic leadership to deliver positive outcomes.
• Foster strong communication and relationships with all stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven leadership and management experience within a primary or junior school setting.
• A strong track record of improving teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a senior leadership team.
