Location: Harrow Weald, Northwest London
Salary: £32,455 – £45,260 per annum (including London Weighting)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent | Teacher Training Provided

This is an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Nurse to move into a teaching role and help shape the future workforce in the health and social care sector.
The Role - Health and Social Care Lecturer with Health Specialism
Working within a successful, vibrant Health & Social Care department, you will be teaching across:
- Level 3 T Level Technical Qualification in Health
- BTEC Health and Social Care Levels 1, 2 and 3
You will use your clinical expertise to guide, inspire and prepare learners (primarily aged 16–19) for further study and careers within the health and social care profession. This role also comes with full support to gain a teaching qualification if you do not currently have one.
What We’re Looking For - Health and Social Care Lecturer with Health Specialism
- A degree in Nursing (essential)
- Current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration (essential)
- Recent or current clinical experience in the health and/or care sector
- Some experience of teaching, training, or mentoring others
- A recognised Level 5 teaching qualification (DET/PGCE) is desirable, but support will be provided by the college to achieve this if not held
