Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School in Bromley
Location: Bromley, London
Rate: £100 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)

We are a renowned education agency representing a leading secondary school in Bromley, London, and we are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team. If you have the skills to foster positive behaviours and create a supportive learning environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Implement and uphold the school's behaviour management policies.
• Work closely with students to understand and address challenging behaviours.
• Provide one-to-one and small group mentorship to encourage positive social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to develop tailored behaviour improvement plans.
• Contribute to the creation of strategies to enhance the overall school environment.
• Maintain accurate records of behaviour incidents and interventions using the school MIS.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and engage them in the learning process.
• A proactive and solution-focused approach to addressing challenging behaviour.
• Familiarity with the UK educational system is advantageous.
