SEN Teaching Assistant

 

We are looking for an experienced SEN teaching assistants work closely with our teachers to help tailor lessons and provide individualised support to ensure that every child can participate fully in school activities. You will be working within the classroom in our Redbridge Primary School.


Details of role:

SEN Teaching Assistant

Pay: £95-£120 per day

Full-time/ Term Time only

Redbridge, East London

 

SEN Teaching Assistant Role:

         Manage special needs of the child using strategies that are suitable for each child.

         Encourage positive social interactions and friendships among students.

         Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress or challenges.

         Provide tailored support to students with learning difficulties, physical disabilities, or emotional needs.

         Adapt lesson content and teaching to provide an inclusive education for 1:1 children

 

SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:

         Previous experience supporting children with SEN

         Previous experience working with SEN students and providing classroom support.

         Ability to adapt to changing classroom situations and the needs of individual children.

         Clear communication with children, teachers, parents, and other professionals.
