SEN Teaching Assistant – Experienced Required
Do you have solid experience supporting pupils with additional needs?
We are looking for skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our Redbridge Primary school team long-term – for at least an academic year.
Salary: £95 - £120 per day
You’ll work closely with teachers and other support staff to help children access learning in a personalised, supportive way.
Your role:
• Support children in class and 1:1 children with EHCPs and SEN (e.g. autism, global developmental delay, sensory processing challenges)
• Implement learning programmes tailored to individual needs
• Foster consistency, structure and calm in the classroom
You’ll need:
• Proven SEN support experience (mainstream or specialist setting)
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
• A genuine passion for inclusive education
