Essential Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in K-12 education sector
• Multi-site school leadership experience preferred
• Track record in strategic scaling of educational organizations
• Financial management and operational excellence experience
• Bilingual proficiency required - Thai and English language skills
• Cross-cultural competence for Thai and international contexts
• Data-driven mindset with strong execution focus
