About the Role

Lead the implementation and development of the IB Primary Years Programme across all grade levels. This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to drive academic excellence, support teacher development, and foster inquiry-based learning in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IB PYP curriculum implementation and continuous improvement
• Provide instructional leadership aligned with IB standards
• Monitor and enhance teaching quality through observation and feedback
• Design and deliver professional development programs for staff
• Support teachers in achieving IB PYP certification
• Manage daily operations of the PYP section
• Build partnerships with parents and school community
• Oversee student admissions and academic affairs

What You'll Need

Essential:

• Master's degree in Education or related field
• IB PYP certification with leadership experience in IB schools
• 7-10 years educational experience including 3+ years in leadership
• Expertise in inquiry-based learning and curriculum development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Cultural sensitivity for international environment
