What You'll Do

Academic Leadership

• Lead the implementation and continuous development of IB PYP curriculum across all grade levels
• Provide instructional leadership aligned with IB PYP standards and school mission
• Monitor, evaluate and enhance teaching quality through regular observation and feedback
• Foster a culture of inquiry-based learning and student-centered educational practices

Staff Development & Management

• Design and deliver professional development programmes for teaching staff
• Support teachers in achieving IB PYP certification and maintaining best practices
• Collaborate with school leadership to align academic objectives with operational goals
• Oversee daily operations of the PYP section including staffing and resource management

Community Engagement

• Build strong partnerships with parents and the broader school community
• Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and student welfare protocols
• Manage student admissions processes and academic affairs within the PYP section

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Master's degree in Education or related field
• IB PYP certification with demonstrated leadership experience in IB schools
• Minimum 7-10 years educational experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
• Deep expertise in inquiry-based learning, curriculum development, and assessment methodologies
