What You'll Lead

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee all operational aspects across multiple Thai campuses
• Drive academic quality and consistency aligned with global standards
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and resource optimization

Strategic Growth:

• Spearhead enrollment strategies and campus expansion initiatives
• Scale the organization sustainably while maintaining quality
• Navigate Thailand's education landscape with strategic insight

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams
• Foster a culture of accountability and exceptional performance
• Represent the group to investors, regulators, parents, and key stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience:

• Senior leadership in K-12 education sector
• Multi-site school leadership experience preferred
• Strategic scaling of educational organizations
• Financial management and operational excellence track record

Critical Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency - Thai and English language skills required
• Cross-cultural competence - ability to navigate Thai and international contexts
• Data-driven mindset with strong execution focus
• Stakeholder management at the highest levels

Preferred Background:

• Experience in Thai education landscape or Southeast Asian markets
• Track record in private education or international school networks
• Proven ability to balance academic excellence with commercial success
