About the school:
A respected bilingual (English-Thai) private school group mainly based in Bangkok with one campus in Hua Hin is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its next stage of development. The schools serve the mid- to upper-mid market segment, delivering affordable, high-quality education through a balanced bilingual curriculum that supports both academic achievement and local cultural values.
The group is part of a leading global private school network, operating in 6 countries and educating over 350,000 students worldwide. The Thailand cluster is poised for strategic growth, with a focus on academic quality, operational efficiency, and measured expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all operational aspects across multiple campuses
• Drive academic quality and consistency while aligning with global benchmarks
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource optimization
• Build strong leadership teams and nurture a culture of accountability and performance
• Spearhead growth initiatives including enrollment strategy and campus expansion
• Represent the school group to internal and external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, parents, etc
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Senior leadership experience in education (preferably K–12), preferably having led a cluster of schools
• Strong operational acumen with a data-driven, execution-oriented mindset
• Strategic thinker with experience scaling organizations sustainably
• Cross-cultural competence; able to navigate Thai and international contexts effectively
• *Thai language proficiency is required for the role, as is proficiency in English*
• Familiarity with the Thai education landscape or Southeast Asian markets preferred
