Learning Support Assistant
Join our inclusive and supportive team as a Learning Support Assistant at a school committed to providing all children with an education that meets their individual needs!
We are seeking a passionate individual to support a 5-year-old child with Autism, providing support in their learning and socialisation with other children. Experience of working with SEN children, whether in a personal or work-related capacity, is preferred. Psychology graduates are also encouraged to apply.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a critical role in helping our pupil reach their full potential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with special needs.
Our school values the wellbeing of all staff and is committed to providing a supportive work environment. The role offers a long-term opportunity, with a daily rate of £85 to £100 dependent on experience, starting immediately and potentially continuing until July 2023 or even longer. The role is full-time, working 35 hours per week from 8:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
What we are looking for in our new Learning Support Assistant:
· Passionate about providing all children with an inclusive education
· Experience of working with SEN children (preferred but not essential)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Psychology Graduates are encouraged to apply
