The ideal Secondary Teaching Assistant

•         The ideal Secondary Teaching Assistant will have experience working within a similar environment, specifically with SEN and will be confident in differentiating work to allow the students to access the curriculum

•         Due to students following the GCSE curriculum, the candidate should be able to provide efficient academic support within the classroom

•         Resilience and adaptability are crucial alongside the ability to set and maintain boundaries

•         The ability to form lasting relationships between staff and students is a must
