         The ideal Secondary Teaching Assistant will have experience working within a similar environment, specifically with SEN and will be confident in differentiating work to allow the students to access the curriculum

         Due to students following the GCSE curriculum, the candidate should be able to provide efficient academic support within the classroom

         Resilience and adaptability are crucial alongside the ability to set and maintain boundaries

         The ability to form lasting relationships between staff and students is a must
