Our Primary School is looking for a dedicated and proactive Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our warm and welcoming Primary School in Barking & Dagenham. This full-time role is ideal for someone experienced in delivering booster sessions and targeted interventions for children who need additional support to meet their potential.

The Role:
• Support Key Stage 2 pupils with a focus on literacy and numeracy boosters
• Work with small groups or one-to-one, following tailored intervention programmes
• Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to plan, assess and review pupil progress
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Provide emotional and behavioural support as needed

• Experience working primary aged children
• Knowledge of or experience with intervention strategies and SEN support
• Patient, empathetic, and organised
• A strong communicator and team player
• Passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning
