We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and ambitious Head of Junior School to join our thriving international school community in Doha. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the continued success and growth of our Junior School.

As Head of Junior School, you will oversee all aspects of the Junior department, including leadership of staff, curriculum development, and assessment. You will also play an active role in supporting the wider academic leadership of the whole school.

The ideal candidate will:

• Inspire and promote outstanding teaching and learning on a daily basis.
• Collaborate effectively with senior leadership to embed and champion the school’s mission and values.
• Confidently balance strategic vision with operational management to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Be an exceptional communicator, able to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

Salary & benefits package:

• Competitive tax-free salary dependent on experience and qualifications (£45,000–£50,000 per annum / approx. QAR 205,000–235,000 per annum; £3,750–£4,137 per month)
