At Clarus Education we are supporting an FE College’s Uniformed Services department who is renowned for delivering outstanding training and preparing students for rewarding careers in the Police, Armed Forces, Fire & Rescue, Ambulance, and Security Services.

The Role - Lecturer – Uniformed Services

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer to join our successful team. You’ll teach and support learners across a range of programmes in Policing and the Uniformed Services—including NCFE Levels 1–5 and Higher National Diploma (HE). Your role will include:

• Delivering engaging lessons and practical sessions
• Attending outdoor and residential activities
• Supporting and delivering fitness training
• Driving a minibus (or willingness to undertake training)
• Contributing to curriculum development and team meetings
• Supporting students’ progression into higher education or employment

About You - Lecturer – Uniformed Services

• Qualified to at least Level 3
• Work experience in the Police, Armed Forces, or other emergency services
• Teaching/training experience is desirable, but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage young people aged 16–19
• Not a qualified teacher? We’ll fully fund and support your teacher training!
