This 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant opportunity offers the chance to make a real impact in the life of a child with additional needs, while gaining valuable experience in a supportive school setting.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate with a 2:1 degree or above (preferred)
  • Previous child-related experience, ideally with SEN
  • Aspiring Educational Psychologists, Teachers, Counsellors, or Therapists
  • Confident with behaviour management strategies
  • Strong team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
  • Passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils with additional needs
  • Reliable, hardworking, and professional
  • Positive and empathetic personality

 

Role Details – 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide 1:1 SEN support in and out of the classroom
  • Roles available in KS1 and KS2
  • Work closely with the SENCo
  • Track academic and social development
  • Deliver small group interventions weekly
  • Full-time role starting in September
  • Long-term contract for the academic year (potential to extend)
  • £90 – £105 per day
  • Based in Enfield
