Key Requirements - M3-M6 Primary Teacher
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Completed ECT/NQT induction programme
- UK-based primary teaching experience
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Desirable:
- Experience teaching across Key Stage 2 age ranges
- Knowledge of current educational initiatives and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
