SPECIALIST 1:1 SEN TA FOR PUPIL WITH AUTISM - £100+ DAILY RATE

Contract: Fixed-term (September 2025-July 2026)
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm daily (7.5 paid hours + 1 hour break)
Location: Camden, London
Salary: £100+ per day (negotiable based on experience)

I'm recruiting for a dedicated professional to support a Year 3 pupil with Autism who is pre-verbal and requires intimate care assistance. The right candidate will combine technical expertise with genuine compassion to create a supportive, engaging learning environment.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES:

• Proven track record supporting children with Autism, particularly those who are pre-verbal
• Confidence and sensitivity in providing intimate care
• Understanding of communication strategies for non-verbal pupils
• Ability to implement appropriate behaviour management techniques
• Patience, empathy and unwavering dedication
• Resilience and problem-solving mindset
