The Role - Engineering Apprenticeships Operational Manager
This key position will see you:
- Manage curriculum delivery for Mechanical and Electronic Engineering apprenticeships
- Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners
- Ensure exceptional quality assurance across all provision
- Lead a diverse team of lecturers and assessors
- Drive growth in the Engineering apprenticeship portfolio
Essential Requirements - Engineering Apprenticeships Operational Manager
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related subject
- Level 5 teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, DET)
- Assessor and Verifier qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience teaching/assessing Engineering
- Proven track record meeting targets and ensuring successful outcomes
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and learner pathways
- Experience delivering apprenticeships
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
