Role: Section Manager - Supported Learning
Location: Hayes and Uxbridge
Salary: £46,543 to £50,646 per annum (including London Weighting)

The Opportunity
Clarus Education is recruiting for an FE College seeking an educational leader for their new SEND centre opening September 2025. This purpose-built facility will serve over 60 SEND students with state-of-the-art classrooms, therapies, sensory rooms, and multi-disciplinary support.
The Role - Section Manager - Supported Learning
Reporting to the Head of School, you will:
- Lead provision development at the new campus
- Manage academic and support staff
- Teach SEND programmes
- Drive curriculum innovation
Essential Requirements - Section Manager - Supported Learning
- Degree-level qualification
- Level 5 FE teaching qualification
- 3+ years' SEND teaching experience
- Curriculum management experience
- Knowledge of SEND Code of Practice
- Understanding of Functional Skills and RARPA
- Team leadership in educational settings
