Role: Apprenticeships Operational Manager
Salary: £46,543–£50,646 per annum (including London weighting)
Location: Harrow
Setting: Further Education College

Join a leading FE college in Harrow as an Apprenticeships Operational Manager for Building Services. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Oversee and develop the Building Services apprenticeship curriculum
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and industry bodies
  • Ensure high-quality standards and robust quality assurance across all apprenticeship provision
  • Lead and support a team of lecturers and assessors
  • Meet delivery targets and drive successful learner outcomes
  • Foster continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and assessment

Requirements: - Apprenticeships Operational Manager

  • Minimum Level 3 academic/vocational qualification
  • Recognised FE teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, DET)
  • Assessor and Verifier qualifications
  • At least 3 years’ experience in teaching or assessing apprenticeships
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving positive outcomes
  • Strong leadership skills and experience motivating teams

Desirable:

  • Experience in Building Services (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of FE funding and curriculum development
