The ideal candidate
• Bachelor Degree in Education or Degree with PGCE in Secondary Education
• Master Degree in Educational Leadership or similar
• Proven experience in attracting, retaining, and developing teaching talent
• Minimum of 5 years’ working as Head of Secondary at an International School(s) with experience as Secondary Teacher or Head of Subject
• Experience teaching the National Curriculum for England in the UK or an international setting
• A thorough knowledge, and experience, of working with IGCSEs and AS/A Levels, as well as familiarity with all other key aspects of UK education
