What We're Looking For:

  • 12-15 years of experience as a School Head/School Principal in a sizable school (500+ students)
  • Full School IB experience is mandatory, with a strong focus on the MYP (Middle Years Program). PYP (Primary Years Program) experience is an added advantage
  • Master's in Education or equivalent, with relevant training/certifications/diplomas in education
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with embassies and the expat community

Exceptional Compensation:

  • Competitive salary of USD 7500-8000 per month

  • Utility allowance of PKR 30,000/month (inclusive of generator fuel)
