About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and reflective teachers who can demonstrate a strong understanding of the Teachers' Standards and are eager to make a positive impact in the classroom. As an ECT, you will have the opportunity to teach in EYFS, KS1, or KS2, depending on your strengths and preferences. You will receive high-quality mentoring, professional development, and a supportive environment to help you succeed in your early teaching career.
Person Specification:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) obtained via PGCE, SCITT, Teach First, BA (Hons) in Primary Education with QTS, or equivalent.
- A strong understanding of the Teachers’ Standards, with the ability to apply them in practice.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- A reflective and proactive approach to professional development.
- A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
