ROLE: Primary ECT (EYFS/KS1/KS2)

HOURS: Full Time

CONTRACT: Permanent

SALARY: MPS1 £36,413 (Outer London) / £38,766 (Inner London)

START DATE: September 2025 – possibility to start earlier in July 2025!

SCHOOL: Mainstream Primary School

JOB DESCRIPTION: Primary ECT

Your role as a Primary ECT will include but not be limited to:

  • Primary ECT – Class Teacher
  • Teaching either in an EYFS, KS1 or KS2 classroom (3–11-year-olds) – this is flexible depending on your preferences!
  • September 2025 start – possibility of an early start in July 2025!
  • Full time
  • Permanent School Based Contract
  • MPS1 £36,413 (Outer London) / £38,766 (Inner London)
  • Located in North London

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Primary ECT

The ideal candidate for this Primary ECT position will have the following:

  • MUST HAVE UK QTS
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS or National Curriculum
  • You must be an outgoing, motivated and engaging Primary/EYFS Teacher
  • Must take on-board peer feedback and look to develop as a Primary/EYFS Teacher
  • Good academics: GCSEs, A Levels and Degree
  • Good understanding of the Teaching Standards required
