At Clarus Education, we are seeking passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Primary ECTs for a September 2025 start.
If you have a proactive approach, and are planning ahead of the next academic year, this full-time, term-time only role offers pay on the MPS1 scale for Inner and Outer London, with long-term or permanent contracts available.
We are ideally looking for Primary ECTs who can commute to Enfield, North London.
Role: Primary ECT
As a Primary ECT, you will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching in either EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Inspire and engage young learners
- Contribute to the school's positive learning environment
- Have sound subject knowledge within the EYFS and/or National Curriculum
- Plan and deliver good to outstanding engaging and inspiring lessons
Primary ECT Requirements:
- Must be a qualified Primary ECT – TeachFirst, PGCE, SCITT, BA Honours in Primary Education with QTS or GTP trained
- Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 is essential
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Have an Enhanced DBS Certificate Registered on the update service or be willing to process one
- Provide 2 references, including from your teacher training provider and ideally your class mentor
