Clarus - Having a Blast!

Welcome to the 2nd edition of the Clarus Chronicle - giving you the lowdown on the goings on at Clarus this month!

Clarus Highlights

November has been a fantastic month for Clarus!

We have placed some amazing teachers into new, permanent roles for 2023 and continued to help our client schools fulfill their long-term support needs with some of our excellent candidates.

November has also been a month of celebrations. At the start of the month, we celebrated our 7th birthday as a company. We headed out for lunch and a trip to The Cauldron for a wizard-themed cocktail experience. A magical time was had by all!

We also saw two of the team achieve personal milestones. Taylor Nixon has successfully completed her first full year at Clarus and continues to go from strength to strength! Chloe Johnson saw her hard work rewarded with a promotion to Senior Consultant! Congratulations, ladies!

In addition, Alison Watkis-Octave, Ellen O'Shea, Georgina and Chloe spent an evening at &Juliet the Musical as a treat for smashing their September targets: most entertaining!

We even found time to raise some money for #bbcchildreninneed with a virtual, childhood themed quiz. Well done to Bethany Telford for her win!

Why education recruitment? I really enjoy speaking with schools and helping them find the perfect staff to meet the needs of their students. As my brother has autism, I have seen first hand how important it is and what a difference it can make.

Clarus Focus

December at Clarus is always a good time. As we gear up for some festive fun, we do ensure that we work just as hard as we play. We are working with our client schools on permanent teaching vacancies for January and April 2023, as well as long-term support roles throughout the year. As we all now work remotely, we are always looking at ways to socialise and ensure that our team spirit is as strong as ever. We’re busy planning our Christmas party, but do also keep an eye out for Christmas Jumper Day shenanigans and our ‘Clarus Christmas Cribs’ series, where we’ll see the team share their festive decorations and some of their favourite things about this time of year!
