Clarus Education has been born and developed from necessity. Education and schools are striving to achieve a highly educated society that is no longer restricted by background or family circumstances. We first used Clarus as a result of failing to find high-quality candidates using TES and other publications. Although the fee was much higher than an advert, it was competitive to other agencies and we were sent exceptional candidates.
They are still with us after three years and represent good value for money. Danny has been involved in teacher and leadership recruitment for many years, listens to what we need as a school and doesn’t recommend anyone unless they accurately meet our requirements.
