Clarus Education has been born and developed from necessity. Working with Clarus Education is very different from the traditional experiences of staff recruitment and the use of ‘supply agencies’. We are a specialist education recruitment consultancy, focused on high calibre permanent and long-term staff; providing a much improved and in-depth service to all schools.

We first used Clarus as a result of failing to find high-quality candidates using TES and other publications. Although the fee was much higher than an advert, it was competitive to other agencies and we were sent exceptional candidates.
