Start Date: August 2025
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 per annum (QAR 205,000 – QAR 235,000 per annum, tax-free)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead school improvement initiatives aligned with international best practices.
- Guide and support senior leadership teams in self-evaluation and strategic planning.
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews and prepare schools for inspection readiness.
- Deliver professional development to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Provide accurate, evidence-based feedback to inform continuous school improvement.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified teacher status with significant leadership or consultancy experience.
- Proven expertise as an Ofsted Inspector or equivalent school inspection background.
- Strong track record of driving school improvement and raising academic standards.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching skills.
- A passion for international education and cultural adaptability.
