Salary: £29,770 - £34,600 (DOE)

Are you an experienced Civil Engineering professional with a passion for developing future talent? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading further education provider who is looking for a dedicated Assessor/Trainer in Civil Engineering to join their dynamic team.
About the Role - Assessor/Trainer in Civil Engineering
As a Civil Engineering Assessor/Trainer, you will manage a caseload of apprentices, supporting them throughout their learning journey. You will provide high-quality coaching and mentoring, helping learners to develop essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for success in the industry. You will also build strong relationships with employers to ensure on-the-job learning is meaningful and well-supported.
Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (insured for business use) are essential for this role.
