Essentials – Person Specification
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Recent UK-based teaching experience within a primary setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
- Open to teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2 as required by the school.
- Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum and effective classroom practice.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and inclusive education.
- Ability to differentiate and support pupils of all backgrounds and abilities, including SEN and EAL.
- Up-to-date enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable
- Experience with phonics, assessment for learning, and creative curriculum delivery
- Willingness to contribute to the wider school community and extra-curricular activities.
