Pay: £13.85 per hour (via PAYE)
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term time only)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our supportive team, working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage who have special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities: Experienced EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant

• Provide tailored support to EYFS pupils with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver high-quality learning experiences
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities in line with EYFS curriculum
• Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to reviews and reports
• Providing personal care – all applicants must be confident and happy to provide personal care support

Requirements: Experienced EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally supporting SEN within EYFS
• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/EYFS (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
