KS1 Teaching Assistant

 

Join our growing team of dedicated educators as a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant at our Primary School in Lewisham!

 

We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in supporting phonics and early maths development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with primary aged children and be able to lead interventions and develop strong relationships built on trust and respect.

 

Graduates and Level 2/3 Teaching Assistants are encouraged to apply.

 

As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our pupils, supporting their learning and development. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping children succeed.

 

We offer a long-term role with great scope for professional development as part of a small academy trust. The role starts immediately, with a pay range of £85 to £100 per day and the potential to continue until July 2024 or even longer.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience of supporting phonics and early maths development
  • Experience of working with primary aged children
  • Ability to lead interventions and develop strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Graduates and Level 2/3 Teaching Assistants encouraged to apply
