Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Abingdon

 

ROLE: L3 Early Years Practitioner   

PAY: £25,000 - £27,000 per year (depending on experience)

START: ASAP

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent, all year round, 50 weeks per year

LOCATION: Oxford – Abingdon

 

We are an independent Nursery, looking to recruit a full time and permanent Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our fantastic Early Years Team.

 

In our Nursery setting, we pride ourselves in ensuring that children get the very best start in life through a mixture of play-based experiences, and more focussed adult led experiences all in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Our indoor and outdoor environments and activities are developed and enhanced around the needs of the individual children, and we encourage children’s learning at their own pace with the support and guidance of our Nursery team.

Our staff love their roles and form strong bonds with all the children in their care and this is the key ingredient to our success. As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will ensure that children’s happiness, confidence, skills and early independence are developed in readiness for the school years ahead.

We are looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic, and hard-working Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, with Early Years’ experience.

Early Years Practitioner

  • Must have Level 3 childcare qualification
  • Experience in a previous role essential
  • Supporting children on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Encouraging learning through play and investigation
