Early Years Practitioner – Oxford
ROLE: Early Years Practitioner – Level 3
PAY: £25,000 - £27,000 per year (depending on experience)
START: ASAP
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent – All year round, 50 weeks per year
LOCATION: Oxford – Steventon / Abingdon / Wallingford
We are an independent Nursery, looking to recruit a full time and permanent Early Years Practitioner to join our fantastic Early Years Team.
In our Nursery setting, we pride ourselves in ensuring that children get the very best start in life through a mixture of play-based experiences, and more focussed adult led experiences all in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Our indoor and outdoor environments and activities are developed and enhanced around the needs of the individual children, and we encourage children’s learning at their own pace with the support and guidance of our Nursery team.
Our staff love their roles and form strong bonds with all the children in their care and this is the key ingredient to our success. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will ensure that children’s happiness, confidence, skills and early independence are developed in readiness for the school years ahead.
We are looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic, and hard-working Early Years Practitioner, with Early Years’ experience.

Early Years Practitioner
- Working in Early Years provision
- Working with children aged 2 – 5 years old
- Supporting children on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Encouraging learning through play and investigation
- PERFECT for an aspiring Early Years Teacher
- MUST HAVE Level 3 – Level 6 qualification in Childcare (CACHE, BTEC, Diploma etc)
- Enthusiastic, positive & creative personality
